Holiday house Casa da Oliveira
Casa da Oliveira, a spacious house (120m2) with a lot of light. We build this house on one of the higher terraces of Quinta dos Moinhos.
Due to the typical materials we used on the quinta we were able to give the house the authentic Quinta dos Moinhos vibe.
From your “own” garden, you have a wide view over the Tamega river, the lower terraces and on the other side of the river a small village called Atei.
Surrounded by wine and olive trees for shadow, here you can hang the hammock and just enjoy the tranquility.
You also have your own parking spot with a private path to your house.
Layout
Casa da Oliveira has a spacious living room with a cozy eating area wood stove for a potential colder night. In the dining area there is space for six people.
The open kitchen is equipped with a induction cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle.
By opening the big slidingdoor, you enter the terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular view over the valley.
On the terrace there is a table for six people and two teak deckchairs. Connected to the terrace there is a private lounge pool. Great to cooldown or to relax in.
There are two bedrooms with each their own "en suite" bathroom.
The first bedroom has a twin bed 160X200.
The second bedroom has two single beds 90X200.
An extra bed is always possible, ask us beforehand.
The bathrooms are big and have a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Beds are made when you arrive. Kitchen towels and towels are also there.
