Casa do Sobreiro, an areal of about 120 m2 with a lot of daylight. Unique location, on the highest terrace of Quinta dos Moinhos.
From your “own” garden you have a fantastic view over the Tamega valley, the lower terraces and at the other side of the river a small village called Atei.
In the garden you will find cork trees, what means "sobreiro", and of course also century old olive trees. It is also possible to hang a hammock.
Enjoy the calmness, the views and of course privacy. On the terrace you will find a teak table with six chairs. Also a private path to your house with your own parkingspot.
Room layout
When entering this house you are immediately in the livingroom/kitchen.
In the cozy sitting area there is a wood stove, for the colder evenings and a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Also a table that seats six people. By opening the sliding door you enter the terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view. Under the olive trees there is a big dining table with six chairs. Further on the terrace there are two teak deckchairs. A terrace above you find your private lounge pool.
Casa do Sobreiro has two spatial bedrooms, each with as much space for the bathroom, en suite. Walk in shower, sink and toilet. The twin bedroom has a twoone person beds (160X200) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90X200). Third bed is possible. Beds are made when you arrive. Kitchen towels and towels are also there.
